We begin with stakeholder interviews and immersion, including mood boards, followed by a creative process that explores modern, conceptual logo directions alongside color, typography, imagery, and graphic elements. Our digital-first approach ensures the brand is designed for accessibility and optimized for the digital touchpoints that drive today’s brand interactions. Over four iterative rounds, we refine and prototype the brand across real-world scenarios. A dedicated project manager and senior creative lead guide the work, with weekly status calls throughout. Ideal for organizations planning growth, navigating change, or aligning teams around a shared strategy, this engagement delivers a comprehensive audit and a two- to three-year marketing plan shaped by your business goals. Over three months, we work with senior stakeholders to assess market opportunities, evaluate your brand and communications, and identify ways to improve retention, grow membership, and elevate the care journey. Includes stakeholder interviews, a competitive review, marketing plan development, and clear recommendations. The project fee can be applied toward future work or used to guide your next steps independently.

Discounts may not be combined with other offers.

An annual commitment is required with a 90-day cooling-off grace period. All packages require the purchase of a Creative Services package (below). Account services hours do not roll over each month, and overages are billed at your plan’s rate. Occasional overages of no more than 10% of client services are not billed. In any month, if you exceed your client services team's capacity by more than 10%, you will be billed hourly for all overage hours that month, including the 10% grace period.

creative services packages (pick one)
All clients receive a dedicated creative team and art director. Two-to four-day turnaround for tier 2 requests and same- or next-day turnaround for tier 3 requests. Includes digital services for managed website assets. Four percent (4%) of your initial Creative Services hours package must be utilized each month. Remaining hours will rollover to the next month. All creative services hours expire: (1) on termination or non-renewal of Client Services package, or (2) after twelve months from purchase of package, whichever comes first. Hours are put into a trust account and debited monthly. A monthly statement of hours and utilization for creative services will be delivered by the 15th of the next month. Selected package is paid monthly over the term of the contract.

ongoing and post-project creative support
full-service: All clients receive access to all our products, services, and capabilities. Each package includes a dedicated Client Services team member who will support your account and ensure the proper resources and allocations are in place for your strategic, project, and brand management needs.
bandwidth: Up to 30 active tickets/projects.
support: Weekly status calls and priority planning.
strategy: Quarterly account review and strategic planning sessions.
planning: Collaborative support developing and maintaining your marketing plan or KPIs with hands-on support of our senior leadership team with over 20 years of healthcare experience.
same-day response: Email, call, or use our helpdesk for task support during working hours. Our Client Services team will offer white-glove support with intake through delivery, making sure there are no gaps with your projects.
on brand, on time, on budget: Full-service project, brand, and timeline management.
healthcare best practices: Strategy and design and brand management to meet all industry best practices and client preferences: CMS, ADA, WCAG, reading level, proofreading, and other client legal and compliance directives and guidelines.
project priority: All fixed-bid projects outside of this agreement receive priority onboarding and resource allocation.
streamlined: In-house print and fulfillment support and third-party coordination with external vendors like media or print.
first right of refusal: To maximize value and savings, reduce “bidding waste,” drive efficiencies, and uphold your brand guidelines, we ask for a first right of refusal on all creative services with the exception of any prior commitments and internal resources defined in the agreement.
